MEDIA BLASTING
We strive for the best finish possible and the best finish starts with the best surface preparation. We have our own in-house sandblasting facility. Sandblasting our own items and not farming them out to other contractors, lets us be in control of the entire powder coating process from start to finish. Our blast room is 10x 12x 22 which lets us handle large jobs with ease.
Sandblasting the surface of your material prior to coating provides and excellent surface for the powder coating to adhere to. Blasting also increases the adhesion and durability of the finish.
POWDER COATING
Our powder coating facility is state of the art and can handle your largest projects. Our 10,000 square foot building allows for storage in inclement weather. Our ovens are all on site and we complete your project from start to finish with no outsourcing.
We do not use only one kind of powder. With our vast experience and background, we seek out the best powder to resolve our clients' problems.

HI TEMP CERAMICS
Exhaust Systems Coatings
Our high temperature ceramics are used mainly for exhausts and side pipes for cars, motorcycles, airboats and planes. This coating greatly reduces the color change associated with extremely high temperatures. In other words your exhaust and side pipes will stay newer looking for years. We offer both chrome and satin black finishes. We presently coat the side pipes for Backdraft Racing with excellent results.

WHAT IS POWDER COATING?
